Before You Book Belize shuttle
Before booking the shuttle, we kindly recommend that you read our FAQ section. It contains important information about the shuttle service, including schedules, pricing, and other relevant details. This will help you make an informed decision and ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
At the moment, you cannot book directly through our website, but we’re actively working on adding this feature. In the meantime, bookings can be made via email. Please contact us through our contact page to make a reservation.
To book a shuttle, you’ll need to provide your name, Flight information (pickup/arrival time), destination, and the number of passengers. Any additional information is greatly appreciated.
If the specific route you’re looking for isn’t available on our website, don’t worry. We can create a customized route to meet your needs with prior notification. Simply state the route you’d like to take in your initial email.
After you and the company have confirmed all the details regarding your shuttle booking, a reservationist will send you a payment form. You can simply fill out the form, sign it and send it back to us to make the payment. We are also working on introducing an online payment option in the near future. Keep an eye out for updates on this.
Yes, you can book a shuttle with as many stops as you desire. Just remember that some stops may incur an additional cost, so please specify the stops you’re interested in when making your booking. You can also arrange tours during your shuttle journey to your chosen destination.
Before You Travel to Belize
To ensure a smooth and stress-free travel experience, we strongly advise you to have a look at our FAQ section before your trip. The section contains vital information about airport services, such as schedules and other relevant details. This resource will help you make informed decisions and be better prepared for your journey to Belize.
There is no specific luggage allowance, but please let us know in advance if you plan to bring more than two suitcases per person or luggage beyond the norm, so that we can make necessary arrangements.
Upon arrival at Belize International Airport, your driver will be waiting outside the exit door, holding a sign with the name of the person who booked the shuttle. It will be easy to spot.

If your group size changes, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide a vehicle that suits your needs. Changing vehicles is hassle-free as long as we receive proper notification of the group size change before your arrival/pick-up.
The duration of your shuttle journey depends on your destination; Departing from Philip Goldson International Airport. Here are some approximate travel times:
- San Ignacio: Approximately 1 hour 45 minutes
- Placencia: Approximately 3.5 hours
- Hopkins: Approximately 2.5 hours
- Belize Water Taxi Terminal: 25 minutes
